How It Works: The 5-Phase Journey
Phase 1: The Mirror
Brand Clarity and Foundation
Your private onboarding call kicks off the process and officially schedules your Website Day. From there, you complete the Brand Clarity Worksheet Suite to clarify your brand story and voice, dream client avatar, full offer ecosystem and client journey, and visual identity.
A key focus for Founder’s Ecosystem clients is offer ecosystem mapping: how each offer connects to the others, and how to position each funnel entry point while maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
The phase closes with a 90-Minute Brand Strategy Session with Ashley.
Phase 2: Articulate
Message Refinement and Copy Crafting
Using your brand foundation, the team crafts conversion-optimized copy for every page of your website and all three authority funnels, written specifically for you.
You receive the full copy draft one week before Website Day, review it, make refinements in your own voice, and submit your final approval 48 hours before the build begins. You do not write a single page from scratch.
Phase 3: The Portal
Website Alchemy Day
A live Website Day Kick-Off Call reviews your Brand Kit, confirms creative direction, and sets the tone for everything being built.
On Website Day, the team then focuses entirely on your Home page and establishes the full brand identity that carries through the rest of your site and all three funnels. You watch your brand come to life in real time.
Phase 4: Amplify
Implementation, Funnel Build, and Polish
The most intensive phase of the build.
Remaining website pages are completed, all three authority funnels are designed, built, and connected, the site and funnels are optimized for mobile, the domain and backend automations are connected, checkout pages are set up across all offers, and foundational SEO is implemented.
All integrations are built, tested, and ready to go. Each design is sent to you for approval each step of the way.
